Brie Bites

My lovely aunt Peg turned me onto these little delights a few years ago. They are simple, elegant and surprisingly delicious!

Brie Bites

  • Servings: 9 (five each)
  • Print

4 oz wheel of Brie
1 cup of Lemon Curd (or use your favorite store bought brand)
One package of water crackers or simple cracker of your choice
Garnish: Fresh thyme cut into small sprigs

Lay out the crackers on trays. Cut the brie into pieces that fit on each cracker. Put a teaspoon of lemon curd on each appetizer as pictured. Lay a small sprig of thyme on the top of each and serve.

Hi, I’m Isabel!

Welcome to Beloved Recipe Box!

When a carefully made feast is prepared, we tend to linger. And these days, sitting down together allows us to dig deeper into how we can be more fully present for the planet and each other in these crazy times.

This group of recipes are tried and true. As recipe requests have increased over the years (and my original recipe cards became dog-eared and food stained), it was clear it was time to create a larger recipe box for them here.

You won’t find any ads on these recipe cards. Just bring a smile, feel welcome and enjoy!!
